The unit supports the business by providing creative direction across the company’s brand portfolio. The team develops final graphic design specifications for visual elements of online/printed communication solutions and packaging solution in marketing, retail and user contexts. Your ResponsibilitiesAs Senior Art Director in the Communication Design team you will work across global locations in multiple business areas, and will work closely together with the sector's Integrated Communications and Brand Strategy team Brand, with one core purpose - to bring sense & simplicity to everything. You draw upon research insights, build a deep understanding of the customer, shape propositions and create distinctive, attractive, impactful communications that build the ideal experience across all touch-points.You enable and ensure the organization understands how to apply the company’s brand in their daily work. You consult on branding issues across various brand related projects ranging from providing support on brand strategy from across the organization to leading and creating detailed content for the brand identity guidelines.Your ProfileYou have a Masters / Bachelors degree in the relevant design area, and a minimum of 5-10 years experience especially within a multinational company working on brand harmonization projects (accurately articulating brands across categories). You have relevant and identifiable experience in the areas of packaging, point of sale, product literature and other marketing driven graphic design activities.You have good analytical and conceptual skills, visual skills, verbal skills, and communicating & influencing skills.
