With approximately 400 professionals the agency works at several design projects, among which Internet design, product design, Communication design and new media for both internal and external customers. An excellent opportunity has arisen as we are now looking for a Creative Director for the Communication Design team.Job description: As a Creative Director you will work acrossmany global locations in multiple business areas for international markets. You will bring your skills (analytical, conceptual, visual, verbal) to draw upon research insights, build a deep understanding of the customer, shape propositions and create distinctive, attractive, impactful communications that build the ideal experience across all touch-points. You direct the global team with clarity and accuracy in visualizing the core brand value, thereby helping to support business goals, improve in-store and online performance, and increasing brand recommendations and loyalty. By inspiring and formulating new approaches you increase and share your team’s knowledge of your domain, in order to create meaningful and innovative solutions. You build relationships with teams and key decision-makers to achieve the best solutions.The job is for at least 6 months, probably permanent.Requirements:You have a Masters / Bachelors degree in the relevant design area and a minimum of 10 years experience, relevant and identifiable in the areas of packaging, point of sale, product literature and other marketing driven graphic design activities.
